11v11(Over 30*) - This is an Over-30 league, with 11 players on a full size field.

7v7 (Over 30) - This is an Over-30 league. These fields are shorter with 7 field players.

7v7 (Over 40**) - This is an Over-40 league. These fields are shorter with 7 field players.

*This season, players aged 28 and 29 are also eligible to sign up on an 11v11 O30 team.
**This season, players aged 38 and 39 are also eligible to sign up on a 7v7 O40 team.
